Sorry for the trouble. We need to reactivate your AVG Internet Security to load your Pro version. Please open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG at the top right -> Subscription -> enter your license number you received.

If you have your email address in subscription tab, please choose log out. Then you will have the option to enter license number. We are here if you need any further help.

I renewed my protection cover at the end of last year but had nothing but trouble trying to install it.

I finally got it to work via help from AVG techs.
They supplied me with a code key and directions how to get it installed (and their apologies)

However it appears that what has been loaded was an offer program and I am only left with the basic protection now???????
AVG has never let me down before, I feel so frustrated by this process this that if I cannot fix it quick I will dump them and go to a more user friendly system
