I do not know how to activate VPN on my other devices

Today I purchased the VPN for 10 devices. I did it through the program AVG on the computer, Windows 8.1.

Now, my question is, how do I activate it on my other devices? Smartphone Galaxy S10 plus, Tablet Samsung, and other devices that I keep. 

I have installed on my computer the AVG Internet Security. Following the instructions, I activated the VPN only on the program on the computer. I do not know how to do it on the devices.

If you wish to uninstall the unnecessary application on your mobile, you can simply hold the application and select uninstall to remove it from your mobile or you can try the below steps.

  1. Start the Settings app and tap "Apps."
  2. In the list of apps, find the app you want to delete. ...
  3. Tap "Uninstall."

I couldn't imagine I would get such a complicated answer to such a simple question as mine. I appreciate your good will in helping me, but you forget I am a user without any technical knowledge. All the links you inserted in your answer got me in a labirinth of possibilities and none of them resolved my question.
I paid about $48 from within my AVG Internet security installed in my computer Windows 8.1 for AVG Secure VPN (Multi-Device). For 10 devices. Initial 2-year subscription, then billed annually.
Is this amount only for the computer? By the way, I have activated the VPN within the Internet Security. If so, why am I paying for installing it on my phone or other devices? How am I supposed to go to the Mobile Team and fill in a form and choosing "Android and fill in other requested details. Finally, click on "request answer via email" which will submit a ticket to our mobile team.

I don't have an App on my phone.
Please clarify all this, I will be modt grateful.
