We have attempted to cancel the Continuing Protection service (automatic renewal) for your license: AVG Ultimate
Please note that the automatic renewal can be disabled safely up to 16 days prior to the current expiration date. If the cancellation attempt takes place 15 days or less prior to the renewal date, it might at times happen that the renewal amount will still be charged and the license will be renewed.

I don't have received any link by email to cancel my subscription after clicking the related link in the notification email with the subject “We’re keeping you protected and your subscription price update”.
I already red all instructions about the 2 differents procedures on how to, but nothing is working. I'm still not receiving any email with a link to cancel my subscription.
And I can't cancel the subsciption directly via my account preferences, since my product is not visible in AVG MyAccount. (AVG Ultimate). My billing info can be downloaded in pdf though.
I don't want to call the customers help in France, which it seems to be the alternate solution for me according to the AVG web site.

But do you need my account info to process? As my email address and/or my account username?
Do you already have these info? If so, could you confirm the cancellation by email ?
