Upon checking with your AVG MY Account we have confirmed that you have AVG Performance and AVG Protection as 1 month subscription which will expire on 2016.8.31. Please click on the following link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate to activate your AVG Performance. If the issue persist please try to reinstalling your AVG Performance. We would like to remove installed AVG program from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG protection and  Performance. Once you have uninstalled from your system,try to follow the simple steps which mentioned below.
Remover and Download:
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.

I purchased avg pro and proformance but I don't see it , it keeps saying I cand purchase it when I already paid for it. what's wrong

NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
