I don't understand what you are saying? I can confirm that I requested a refund, yes. But I have not received one yet. I would still like to receive a refund, as I do not want this product. I have unsubscribed to it, so will not renew.

We acknowledge your refund request and would like to explain the reason for charge deduction.
You have signed up for AVG Anti-Track (30 day) trial order on 28th October 2019 for which auto renewal service will be enabled by default when you agree to its terms and conditions.
These are called as pre-authorized trial and hence, charge will be taken automatically for 1 Year subscription prior 3 days to the trial expiry.
The reason for charging earlier is because to provide uninterrupted service of the product that you use.
You will get the email notification 15 days prior to the trial expiry which will explain you about the charge that is going to be debited.
If you do not wish to continue with that, you can simply cancel the auto renewal service as mentioned in this article.

I don't even know which one I supposedly bought. I was going to do the free trial, but it never loaded properly on my computer and I got too many messages that I couldn't make sense of at the time. It startled me, so I deleted the program from my computer, even though I know it wasn't even fully going yet. I received the email that my free trial would end on Nov 28 and I would be renewed on Nov 25, but I sure as heck didn't expect that to happen at 12:05 a.m. before I even had a chance to suspend the account. And for the life of me, I can't figure out how you think it's fair to make the charges 3 days early anyway? At any rate, I have never used this and don't want it. I would like my money back, but you have made the instructions for that extremely difficult to follow. You know what product I purchased though, so it should be fairly straight forward to cancel this and return my money. Thank you. Please advise me of the progress.
