Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email. This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.
Regarding your refund request, we see that you already submitted a request to our refund team and they have already initiated it. Please take a note that the exact time the refunded amount will reach your account depends on payment operators, therefore we can no longer influence this process.

I did not sign up for any subscription with AGV - a few years ago I was your customer but then I broke off the relationship. I never intended to extend a subscription that I didn't have. Therefore I want you to cancel everything because I feel robbed! I hope you demonstrate the seriousness of your company and immediately refund me the amount that was charged to my VISA credit card via paypall today 05/27 for € 44.99.
