I factory reset my phone and got a new simcard (AVG android)

I understand the inconvenience. I have checked your previous case and see that we need to escalate the case to the higher level team. So please follow the email instructions to collect the log files and screenshot provided by the mobile support agent.

I factory reset my phone and got a new sim card (AVG android), I reinstalled AVG and when i try to log into my account i get a message saying "There was an error with AVG sign-in, contact support". I have contacted support and it really hasn't be very helpful, just asking me to reinstall the app, send a screenshot of the activity log (this doesn't show any information about my login issues) and to take a screenshot of the error(which i already told him what it says). I'm sure there must be a simple way to work around this. Can i change any settings on my computers avg to help.
