Yes, it is ilegal, it is better use Free version instead.

They are offering AVG Internet Security 2015 4 Year License.
is this site regally offering avg software now?

I already downloaded it, but many people say "It is illegal"~~!!  So that I am worry about it. 
if it is not a official offering, I will remove it.
