I get the error message OXE001f90b when I try to install AVG Performance PRO

We regret for the inconvenience caused. You seem to have AVG PC Tuneup installed on your PC. We request you to run Tuneup remover tool ( http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe ) on your PC once and then install AVG Performance.
To install AVG performance, please follow the steps in this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance ). Thank you.

My subscription runs out in February 2017 but my machine keeps coming up with the subscription has run out, when I try to down load it I just keep getting this error message.  If I restart as requested nothing happens.  Help…
