I get the message "YOU ARE NOT FULLY PROTECTED

I get the message YOU ARE NOT FULLY PROTECTED and pressing the FIX NOW button does nothing. I also get the message "COMPUTER UPDATE REQUIRED".
When I click on UPDATE NOW the reply I get is "UPDATE FAILED".
My licence No. is (License number removed)  expiring Friday 8th September 2017.
Please help.
