When I Try to open my AVG protetioon I got a message that i am not protected anymore. I have paid recently for 2 years. Can this topic be solved asap please.

The problem has been solved.The pc did the whole day strange things.Blocked 2x so i had to cut of the power. E mail dissapeared . un protected info from windows and AVG was in red. I had dwnloaded a windows item but this was nok i guess.Avg defined a virus . I removed the dwnload , cut of the power and PC recovered. So OK now.
