To whom it may concern,
 

I got a credit card statement saying I paid for DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES  $21.99 USD about  2,460 yen. I didn’t order anything and I remembered canceling this order last year and got my money back. I’m not using your product anymore and why are you still charging me.
