I had a driver install on my PC without my permission. Anyone heard of these people?

I bought a minicamera on Amazon that eventually arived, I think, directly from China.  I put in the driver installation disk and was asked if I'd like to install it - "STK03N" by DSC Ltd. Imaging devices, published by Syntek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.  I did a quick google search and Syntek appears to be known but I had misgivings - I went back to refuse permission to install to find the installation completing…!!  I had created a restore point beforehand so tried to revert to that, but that's failing unless I lower my AVG 2015 internet security first - which is not going to happen…!!!  For all I know I've just inastalled a key logger or whatever.  I'm not an expert.  So, I've now had to suspend all online banking, etc.  Any advice please?  Has anyone heard of these people? Thanks

Hi Leo,
I wouldn't suspect that it is infected but you can always send it to analyze according to this article (http://kb.avg.com/articles/How_to/What-to-do-when-I-suspect-an-undetected-file-is-infected).
