I had an automatic subscription renewal today that should not have been charged

I was charged through Paypal today a recurring subscription charge. I had turned this off and do not want AVN anymore as all it ever does and has done for the past year is have pop-ups trying to get me to buy more products! I want a refund please. I am an unhappy customer. How do I get the charges reversed. I have opened up a complaint with Paypal as well.
