Hi Sanjay,
I recommend try turn wifi on (it can by done by using different sim, because lock time is longer when new sim is entered) and then unlock it from our web.

Saptarshi, You can unlock phone using web interface (https://www.avgmobilation.com/). Please make sure your phone is connected to internet (wifi since new sim is not working).
