I have 1 licence for 1 computer for 2 years, and 1 licence for 5 computers for 2 years. My AVG account only shows the 1 licence for 1 computer for 2 years. How can I get the other licence connected to my account?

Here is the information I have from two other computers in our office.

IMWAZ-6INTZ-22FON-AYW3Q-PAMB9-Y

AVG Internet Security 2013 (Full, 5 computers)

Expires july 13, 2016
(installed on Jim’s desktop)

9I-NJJ2N-39JZZ-A489R-9TLZZ-E4TC9
(expired July 12, 2014)
(installed on Jim’s HP laptop)

I cannot get the AVG installation of the laptop to accept the licence number that is for 5 computers.

My previous email address was kyamada@whtvcable.com.

It looks to me as though we have more licences than we need. We also received a charge of  C$127.49
Jun 28 which I assume is a renewal for the 5 computer licence, but I’m not sure as we didn’t receive anything from AVG (maybe because the old email address doesn’t work any more).

Can you help?
