Hello Keith,

I have checked your account and see that you have bought AVG Ultimate which comes with both Internet Security and PC TuneUp for multidevice. If you try to open the maintenance scan from AVG Internet Security it will ask you to purchase the product or you cannot. So please open AVG Internet Security> My AVG > click AVG PC TuneUp tile to open the performance program. From there you can fix problems on your PC using AVG PC TuneUp and optimize it.

I have just run AVG Internet security; indicates 20 problems to fix;advises me to 'GET' Tune up to resolve these. tried to open Tune up; No response ( 3 Times).
I understood a) it should operate automatically anyway to clear problems, and b) I should be able to  
open and run tune up from from desk top.
Am I mistaken?
