I have a conflict between AVG and Spamfighter

I am experiencing a conflict between AVG and Spamfighter. Recently AVG is causing Spamfighter to 'grey out' and it is not working.  Any help?

Let's have a look into this together.

Please disable AVG temporarily and check if you are able to access Spamfighter. To do so, right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to disable it temporarily.
