I have a few issues with my Internet Security

If anybody can help with this, please do. I've been fighting to find a solution for this for the last 10 months!!!  Please HELP!  Thank you!

I get two error messages trying to reinstall or uninstall Internet Security. Here is the message for the reinstall (they are both the same message basicly). I wrote the error messages verbatim.
 
Error installation message:

Service 'AVG Firewall" (avgfws) could not be stopped.
Verify that you have suffieient privileges to stop system services.
Severity: Error
Error Code: 0xC0070643
Error message: General internal error.
Additional message: MSI Engine: Failed to install the product.
@AVG MSI_Error 1921
Service 'AVG Firewall (avgfws) could not be stopped.
Verify that you have sufficient priviliges to stop system services.
(0xC0070781)
Content: AVG product installation, MSI action failed.

Uninstallation error:

Service 'AVG Firewall" (avgfws) could not be stopped.
Verify that you have suffieient privileges to stop system services.
Severity: Error
Error Code: 0xC0070643
Error message: General internal error.
Additional message: MSI Engine: The removal of the product failed.
