I have a full subsciption and its not working!

I have  few different things paid to Avg for the use of, I keep being told I have only a free subscription and I have no protection other than the free version, Is this Fraud, I have had an AVG tect fix it twice but it keeps coming and is really starting to make me anti AVG, I paid fix it or I will cancel my subscription!!!
