I have a legitimate product key but where do I activate it?

Ok so I recently bought a laptop from a co-worker that came with AVG Full installed.

He told me he purchased it himself and it is fully valid until March.

I recently reformatted the PC and now want to reinstall the AVG anti-virus program.

I have the product license key but how do I download the program and activate the license.
