This infection is multi dimensional/cross platform. so far 6 different A/V and Malware programs haven't stopped it. It turns on bluetooth and wi fi controls sound and camera/light. on two Android devices, i literally watched ports switched on my Windows 7 firewall with strictest setting.
When I tried rooting it out, they remotely flashed my bios and reformatted my system partition. I have had it attempt intrusion on a machine in as little as 15 min. Initial signs of intrusion are attempts to change drivers on anything with a communication protocol. I have had a bitlocker encrypted drive taken over by diminishing my authority cred, and certificates installed… Ready to go back to cave in woods no idea where to go from here.

This is really strange and as highly unlikely scenario for usual malware.
This seems more like targeted attack.
Hence, we suggest you to visit computer repair shop or some specialist in person.
