Hello Roland,

We guess you would have installed our AVG protection free Multidevice program on your PC, as per our record we see that you have purchased the subscription for AVG Performance Multidevice and it expires on 29/1/2017.
So if you have AVG protection free installed already you can easily log out of Zen and log in again using the AVG my account credentials so that your Performance subscription will get activated.
Open AVG Zen, at the top click on connect or connected button and select log out from this Zen network.
Again click on the same place and select the option as "Leave this network"

Hi ! had to get a new computer  how do I go about transfering my AVG performance  in to new pc ?  running on free @ the moment  thank you Roland (rabel11@live.ca )

Again click on the same place and select as "Log in to existing Zen network" enter your AVG my account credentials and before clicking on connect make sure that you tick the option as "Log in as admin" and when you click on connect you will get the PRO version installed only for Performance.
On Protection you will only have the AVG free antivirus installed.
