My records show that my current registration is for 2 computers for 24 months and that the expiry date is September, 2019. You are now advising me that it expires in 8 days time. Will you please advise me urgently why this date has now been changed and why you have one of my computers running on the free version only. I have tried phoning the Australian Number 1800 429 319 and that has proven to be a total waste of time as despite about 20 attempts nobody can seem to stop the bloke on the bloody piano. Yes I am not impressed for sure as I have been with AVG for a considerable number of years.
You seem to deliberately lock out any connection with the firm by email or phone and yet you talk about Home support being one of your attributes. For Heavens sake get back to me promptly and provide me with a direct EMAIL ADDRESS so that I can provide you with a copy of my records if that will help so we can clear this matter up, otherwise I may have to consider another option.
