I have a subscription but it's asking me to buy a new one

I have uninstalled AVG VPN from my old laptop and installed it on my new one (using the link provided on the Subscriptions page.  When I try to turn VPN on, I am prompted to either try the free 7 day trial or buy a new subscription, which I'm clearly not going to do.  It would be very much appreciated if someone could please advise how I get round this and sign in with my subscriptiion.

Then when I entered all these details thinking I was going to 'chat' with the tech support team, it tells me chat isn't available.  This is the latest in a long line of issues I've had with this - one thing's for sure, I won't be renewing my subscription with AVG!
