I have a subscription for AVG Mac Tune Up but I can't download it

Your AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (1 Year) subscription expired on 15th August 2019.
We have sent an email for you to provide the details about the TuneUp purchase done for Mac.

I have a subscription for AVG Mac Tune up but I am unable to download it as Download fails. I have iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011)  Massage says avgtuneup (1) .dmg Failed - Download error.
