I have a subscription for AVG Mac Tune Up Premium

With the help of remote computer assistance, I now have been able to download the AVG Tuneup but it will not perform as it asks for activation code. I enter the activation code in my account but nothing happens. The program has found Duplicate files but when I ask to CLEAN them. it says you are in SCAN mode.
