What i wanted someone to confirm that this subscriptionwas just for one year and not two as i noticed in details given.Please will you confirm my request. Thanks

I wish to have a cacellation recorded after I took out a subscription for a year's protection, due to be renewed for a larger amount when it becomes due, I notice that my subscription will last of 2 years. I would like an explanation as to how that could be. I do not wish to pay anything further.
