I have a two year Anti-viral protection ending May 2021, 30 Nov 2019 another 1 year charge?

On checking, you have been charged for AVG TuneUp for AUD 49.99 and AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) (1 user - 1 year) for AUD 37.40 on nov 30, 2019. You already AVG Internet Security valid till May 25, 2021.

Let us know if we can refund the recent charge of AUD 37.40 or merge with the existing subscription and increase the validity.
