I have an automatic renewal license which renews in Sep '15. I am unable to upgrade, uninstall, or fix problems with my firewall protection. I keep getting Error Code OxCOO70

I keep getting error code OxCoo70643, Service AVG Firewaall could not be stopped.  Please provide me with a phone number so I can talk to a real person.  If I can not resolve this problem ASAP I will cancel my subscrliptilon.
