I have an AVG Account. Paid

I have paid for a one year subscription.  Why do I get e-mails selling me more?

Hello Irene,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We are  am sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the pop-up offers. We understand how you feel, as these notifications can be sometimes very inconvenient.
AVG antivirus continuously monitors your PC for vulnerabilities, but the antivirus is only one of the security apps we offer. If an issue which requires a separate subscription is detected, it will offer you the appropriate product. For example, if your network is not protected, AVG will offer our VPN. For outdated drivers or system performance issues, AVG Driver Updater or AVG TuneUp will be offered instead. However, if you wish to disable these offers, please do the following:
Please open AVG [Internet Security/ TuneUp] and click "Menu" > "Settings" > "General" > "Personal Privacy"
Within "Personal Privacy", please deselect options under the "Offers" and "Personalization" sections.
This will stop any further offers of this type.
We hope you will find this information helpful. Should you have any additional questions please let us know.
Thank you and keep us updated.

We are really sorry to know that you are getting the false intrusion from AVG.
This is not the experience we wish for our valuable customer.
Could you please share us the screenshot of the email you have received?
Here is an article for taking screenshot: | AVG (http:// https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=avg-create-screenshot&q=screenshot&supportType=home)
