May not be the correct Category, however, after much frustration, this is where I begin, or more likely end.  So, I have an AVG order number (......7964), a My Account name (.......edu) and password (......umNC); a product order number (.....7964); and a 30 digit product ID code (.......IHE4F), since probably mid-March 2017 (2-year subscription).  Software was supposed downloaded to my computer, but when attempting to access the software, etc., I am shown a series of images of cars, busses, signs, etc.,(to ensure that I am not a robot). whose resolution is so poor, that identification for my eyesight is not possible and to keep trying is like a revolving door that keeps hitting you in the back. e.g.,"click and boxes with road signs" -- parts of signs show up in perhaps 4 boxes and sign legs in 4 more, which is apparently the correct answer.

My bottom line right now is that however spectacular AVG products are, I do not find them user friendly, an obviously very frustrating to deal with...........let alone locate accessible help
