Hello Michael. Have you received any error message while getting into your email?

It appears a bug has got into my emails. I am running MS Windows 7 Home Premium. I also run MS Office 2007.
As a result of getting a bug! I have been unable to getinto my emails, and I am now unable to get into MS Outlook. (Furtunately I have a smartphone and am able to get my emails and the forwward them to a Gmail account.
Can anyone suggest how to repair scanpst.exe.
It would appear that the bug got past my AVG Anti Virus program
