I have AVG antivirus and cleanup pro on android do i have to purchase it again for my laptop?

I have purchased avg antivirus pro and cleanup pro on my android device which extends to my other android devices but I have downloaded them to my laptop but only showing the free ones. do i have to buy them again for my laptop or should they come up as pro on laptop too please? I have the same log in and email on all devices.
