We would like to check the encrypted files and assist further.
Could you take a screenshot of encrypted files that you moved to your computer and post it?

I have downloaded old AVG encrypted files to my phone from my drive, I assume these could be photos from a previously installed AVG from an old computer or old phone, how can I get these to open in the photo vault
