I have AVG so why am I told daily that I do not have AVG!?!?

Every morning I get a notification stating that I do have various AVG products, but I have purchased everything I need, or I am continuously getting messages asking if I want a certain security Issue resolved and if I want to sign up .

I have signed up and paid for it… I'm beginning to think this a scam of a system; if you don't know what products I have or if I have signed up how can you keep me secure?!?!???!

Please sort this out - its sooo frustrating!
