I have been billed twice for AVG for the same install

I have not heard anything yet.  Other than the below statement:

This was on March 30th.  Today is April 6th a week later and the extra $39…99 is still on  my bank account.  Please give me a time frame for this to be taken care.

As per our record you have two license for AVG Antivirus.
One is purchased on 29th February 2016 and it expires on 1st March 2017.
Other one is purchased on 2nd March 2016 and it expires on 15th March 2017.
If you wish to get refund for a license then you can get it for the one that is purchased recently on 2nd March 2016.

I have just received a statement from my bank that shows a $39.99 bill on on 3/1 and 3/2 for a total of $79.98.  I need to get one of these canceled.
