Vera, I think you can go another way to get your money back. Which by the way I just noticed today $118.00 CAN taken out of my account. This is what I am going to do; Go to your bank. If you can print any emails regarding this, take a copy. Tell them that you never receivedv an email regarding this charge and ask them to get the money back for you. You may have to sign a paper in the bank or you may get a form in the mail that you have to fill out, then mail it back. This is to ensure that you are not committing fraud. I have gotten my bank to retrieve money for me, at least 7 times. And I think a couple were to AVG!!!
