I have been charged $126.99 which I did not authorize paypal .. how do I get this amount refunded

We will merge your renewed 2 year license with your new 2 year AVG Internet Security - unlimited subscription with additional 6 months extension . So that the license period will get extended accordingly ( 24 M + 24 M + 6 M).

If you still wish to proceed with the refund for this charge then please let us know to process the refund.
