I have been charged for without my authorization the amount of $64.94. please reimburse me immediate

Hello, Gloria.
You have been charged for an automatic renewal of your AVG Secure VPN (60 day trial) subscription. When you subscribed for the 60 day trial version, you accepted for the automatic renewal of this subscription for 1 year at the end of the trial period. We have also sent you a notification email regarding the automatic renewal on 12th & 20th May 2018 which also include instructions to cancel if you would choose to. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.

However, we acknowledge your refund request and forwarded it to the concerned team. They will process it and get back to you via email with a conversation. Appreciate your patience.

Mine today, 3/11/19, was $84.00! I'm retired, on a fixed income, cannot make my cardiology appointment now since they took the money from my account and states it will take up to 7 days for a refund. My bank told me it was a pending payment, so if they canceled the payment, then it would not go through, but they will NOT do that. I was told if they did NOT do that, I should call tomorrow and report it as bank fraud. I will be also contacting the United States Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, my State Governor and anti-trust, all today! I did receive an email "asking" if I wanted to renew, but NOT one saying they will be taking it out of my account. I type 180 wpm, so I am going to type out the entire conversation and ship it off!

Hello Melinda,

We realize your situation. Upon checking your order history, we could see that the amount didn't receive in our end.
It is still in pending status as informed by your bank. Once, we receive the amount in our end, you will get the amount refunded as informed the email.
You can contact the bank and ask them to credit back the charge to your account, if possible.
If not, then it has to be released by your bank and once we receive the amount, the refund process will start immediately.
