On downloading my yearly AVG protection, In October 2017, I first received an invoice for £46.99, and then a request to update my payment details. I did so, and then received a second invoice - this one for £49.99. I assumed there had been an increase since last year and that I would be charged £49.99. However, on receiving my card statement I find that both amounts have been taken by AVG. How may I be reimbursed please?
I would also like to inform you that you cannot reply to the email, as it will be from no-reply@avg.com. You need to post on the Community Forum to get in touch with us.
Thank you. I do not entirely understand the difference but as long as my computer is protected I am happy. Presumably the renewal of the 1 year licence will suffice. I have tried to e-mail this reply to you twice but this comes back saying you are unable to identify my e-mail. Please confirm you now have my instructions and will refund one of the fees.
Hello Elizabeth,
I understand the inconvenience.
I see that the GBP 46.99 charge deducted for the renewal AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) license. The renewal happened, since auto renewal was enabled for the license. This subscription expires on 14th November 2018.
The other GBP 49.99 charge is deducted for the purchase of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) done on 30th October 2017.
This unlimited devices subscription expires on 30th October 2018.
May I know which product you would like to use which will help me to process refund for the other order?

Elizabeth,
I understand your confusion. Let me explain it to you.
AVG Internet Security is for 1 computer only whereas AVG Internet Security Unlimited is for multiple devices and can also be installed on your Mac and Android devices.
