You are my 4th attempt to get some action.

The credit note you nissued to me on 11at August has a reference No.  7538936620 for $72.59NZ.

I have been to the bank and they say I have to go back to you, which i have been trying to do.

I have received 2 other credits from you on 22 August for $60 and $45  but they are not the one referred above.

I trust you are able to follow this up and credit my credit card as soon as possible.
