I have been trying to update the AVG Driver

I have been trying to do the update and it asks for my key code which was on my  receipt for the subscription renewal.  Every time I enter it I get told it is wrong or my internet is not on.   I have tried this about 6 times now and I am getting very frustrated.  How do I get in touch with customer support which seems is no where on the web site to contact.  I have been with AVG for over 8 years now, but this recent experience has me looking now for a new internet security company!  Where is the support???
