Ive been unauthorized charged of USD39.99 on my creditcard last year April 23, 2017 i dont know what is Digital River Ireland,they keep on charging me until my credit card out of credit balance,so i just ignored and now today April 7, 2018 they are trying to charge on my credit card again but luckily tjere no available balance on it. Want to cancel this
