I have being charged for a subscription and i want to cancel

HI Again,
I just being though my emails and i had confirmation that on the 15/01/2021 that I have unsubscribed for the multi device which expires on march 2021 and that no payment will be taken. Now the payment you just took was invoice from March 2021 for multi devices, so i really would like my money back please.
