I have bills on my credit card from AVG.COM from January 25 and Jan 18 2021. Not sure why?

January 18, 2021 bill through Paypal for $39.99 and bills straight to AVG.COM on January 25, 2021 for $19.99 and $99.99.  I am not sure what they are for. Could you please clear this up for me?
