We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. We understand that you are worried that your paid AVG subscriptions are not showing up under your My Subscriptions tab in AVG MyAccount. We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.

But why does it say I have no subscriptions? still have more than one year left?
