I have just bought a new AVG license by creditcard (the AVG antivirus cost is charged in the credit card) but I did not neceive any email with a new licence number. I have already checked the spam but it is not there. How can I ask for it?

In order to analyze it please provide us with some identificator, I see last order more that year old in our systems.
