I have just had a virus titled 'Hello' which has just removed all my e-mail addresses and sent the virus to all contacts.I have run a virus scan but nothing has been picked up. Any help please?

I did a scan using the GMER tool yesterday which identified another threat which it sorted. Why doesn't the AVG scan pick this up. Also I cannot activate my AVG Firewall.

I have Just had a virus Titled'Hello' which has removed all my contact addresses and sent the virus on. Although I have done a virus check nothing has been picked up.
Also whilst trying to activate my firewall, I get, cannot connect to requested web page. Has this anything to do with the Virus?

Provided scan result is clean, I recommend change password to more secure.

Maurice, In order to analyze it please provide AVG with GMER (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/) and AVG scan result export (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/AVG-scan-result-export/).
