We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Did you completely remove 'Norton' before installing 'AVG'? Have you installed the program 'AVG PC Tune Up' in your device? Do you receive any pop-up or error message while accessing your AVG program? Thank you.
I used to have Norton antivirus which didnt seem to be doing much. I have just joined & paid for 2years AVG antivirus program and now find my computor is constantly freezing while I am trying to use it. and it is not at all user friendly. Is this a common issue with this group?
